2008 Events

Monthly drills are held either in Salem (with Captain Baker)
or at Fort Vancouver, WA (with Captain Stevens).
Drill dates will be posted as dates are set.

May 3: Company Live-Fire Event, Dallas, OR (non-public)

May 17-18: Battle Reenactment, Lebanon, OR
New in 2007!

May 24 and 26: Salem Cityview Cemetery Memorial Day Marches
10 am to 2 pm Saturday and Monday. The main Memorial Day ceremony is at 11am on the 26th.

May 31: Starlight Parade, Portland, OR
Form-up time TBA. The NCWC hires a bus to take us in- it leaves the Tualatin G.I. Joe's at 5:30 sharp. See the NCWC info page for more. Parade steps off at 8:30 pm.

July 4-6: Willamette Mission State Park Reenactment, Keizer, OR

August 30-September 1: Fort Stevens State Park Reenactment, Astoria, OR

September 20-21: McIver State Park Reenactment, Estacada, OR
This was traditionally an April event that has been moved to facilitate the needs of both the park and the NCWC.

November 11: Albany Veteran's Day Parade

TBA: NCWC Ball (non-public)

December TBA: 116th PVI Christmas Party (non-public)
Includes a potluck, awards, company meeting (year in review, goals for next year) and period dancing. Come in uniform or just dress up! More information and directions to follow.
