We are currently in the process of revising our company by-laws. We hope to adopt the revised by-laws with a vote from the general membership in early 2007. Oregon law requires that we have and follow a set of by-laws and it has been quite some time since we have revised them. Please download and review the proposed by-laws as a MS Word document or PDF.
